‘Tis the Season To Plan & Prep For the Holidays

When fall rolls around, it’s not long until holiday celebrations are in full swing. Who doesn’t want to look their best for the upcoming fall and winter holidays? Wow your friends, family, co-workers and your crush or partner with a fresh face and glowing complexion.

Knowing when to book your treatments can make a difference in how you plan for the festivities ahead. To help you ensure you have enough time for any chosen treatment to take full effect— not to mention, beat the holiday rush — we’ve put together a guide of what services to get and when for the most effective and radiant results.

While Botox and hyaluronic acid fillers are considered non-invasive treatments with no downtime, we recommend ample time to recover from any unexpected redness or bruising, which can occur in some patients.* If this is your first time getting a particular treatment, allow for a few additional days of recovery in case you experience an unwanted reaction like redness or swelling.

Planning for Halloween

Don’t look hollow for Halloween. Plump and smooth your face with fillers.* Perfect your pout and add youthful volume to your cheeks with fillers like Juvederm, Voluma and Perlane.* Smooth lines around your eyes and forehead with Botox or Dysport, and fix frown lines around the mouth with fillers like Juvederm.*

Are you aiming for a glowing complexion with more even skin tone? October is the perfect time to try the aptly named “Vampire Facial” a favorite of celebs like Kim Kardashian. Microneedling combined with a PRP (platelet-rich plasma) treatment stimulates cellular regeneration and builds collagen to provide a youthful glowing appearance with improvements to hyperpigmentation and acne scarring.*

Botox: Botox usually takes between 5-14 days to take full effect, so we recommend scheduling your appointment early in October.*

Restylane, Juvederm, Voluma, Perlane: These hyaluronic acid fillers offer immediate plumping effects, but it can take one to three weeks for tender spots, redness and bruising to heal.* Come into our office at the end of September or early October to ensure gorgeous, smooth and plumped skin come Halloween.*

Vampire Facial: The vampire facial has minimal to zero risk of allergic reactions because it uses your own blood.* Multiple treatments spread a month apart may be recommended for optimal results.* You may notice improvements to your skin within several weeks of the treatment so start treatment in September or early October to see peak results for the holidays!*

Thinking Ahead For Thanksgiving

Turkey and pumpkin pie tastes so much better when you feel confident about how you look. Whether you want to shine for photo opportunities around the dinner table, or you’re meeting your partner’s family for the first time, we can help you look and feel your absolute best.*

Botox: Don’t wait for the holiday rush! Be sure to schedule your appointment by early November. If you get your treatment as early as October, you should be covered through December or January.

Restylane, Juvederm, Voluma, Perlane: Schedule your appointment early to ensure you get your preferred treatment time.
